CEO
As CEO of Envisionation, Bru Pearce is at the forefront of driving the organization’s mission to restore Earth’s biosphere and create a sustainable future for all. With a visionary approach and a deep understanding of environmental science and sustainable development, Bru leads a multidisciplinary team of experts dedicated to implementing the Biosphere Restoration Plan (BRP). Under his leadership, Envisionation is forging global partnerships, advancing innovative solutions, and mobilizing resources to regenerate vital ecosystems, stabilize the climate, and promote a green economy. Bru's strategic direction and commitment to collaborative action are pivotal in guiding Envisionation’s efforts to restore degraded lands, protect oceans, and revitalize the natural world, ensuring that humanity can thrive in harmony with nature.
Director
Guy Jackson is a director of Envisionation, overseeing business development. With over 35 years of experience, he specializes in marketing, PR strategy, crisis management, and brand development. He spent 20 years running GJA Communications, working with brands like British Telecom and Porsche, before shifting to the green sector as Chairman of 4Evergreen Technologies. Well-connected in business, finance, and politics, he is a Freeman of the City of London and a trustee for the Douglas Bader Foundation. Passionate about climate change solutions, Guy believes in the opportunity of Biosphere Restoration. His hobbies include automotive interests, rugby, and glass, and he is committed to making a difference in today’s world.
In-House Legal Counsel
Dr. Jürg Gassmann is a director of Envisionation and serves as the company’s in-house legal advisor. Since 2002, he has worked as ‘outside in-house counsel’ for developers and investors. Initially focusing on coal and gas-fired electricity projects, he now specializes in renewables, resource valorisation, and infrastructure projects, advising venture capital investors. Before starting his practice, Jürg was Of Counsel at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London and held roles with Black & Veatch, a Swiss venture capital firm, and Sumitomo Trust. He earned his law degree and doctorate from the University of Zurich and is qualified as a Swiss Rechtsanwalt and an English solicitor. He speaks six languages.
Climate Systems Engineer
Sev is an Australian with degrees in physical sciences, economics, and history, plus an MBA from Stanford University. His career spans international trade, food and packaging, IT, and corporate planning, with senior experience in pharmaceuticals and defense. His awareness of global warming began while fighting the Ash Wednesday bushfires and aiding in recovery. Sev has invented technologies such as the Winwick suite for algaculture and energy-efficient industrial processes. Recently, he developed nine systems addressing climate and ocean restoration and transitioning to a low-emissions economy. At Envisionation, he excels at identifying and addressing flaws or hype in proposed socio-technical solutions, making him a valuable asset.
Forest and Hydrological Cycles
Dutch, born 1956, world traveller, serial-entrepreneur, built a multi-national eco-tourism company with joint-ventures in seventeen countries, advisor to Waterland VC, Netherlands, ranking manager Kuoni Switzerland after buy out, board member Happy Trails and Senang Eco Services both in Indonesia, philosopher, climate activist, ten years of rewilding a damaged part of Brazilian rainforest, expert on biotic pump. Project manager protection 400k ha Indigenous territory in Amazon, first million trees planted. Principal member of the EcoRestoration Alliance and fellow of the Global Evergreening Alliance, strategist to reverse climate chaos.
Advisor
Acting in a Non-Exec advisory capacity for Envisionation, Jim is a highly experienced Business Leader, Programme Management Expert and is currently CEO of e2e Total Loss Vehicle Management. Backed with over 30 years’ experience and a strong track record in effecting business transformation and servicing customers. A Prince2 Practitioner, accredited since 1999. Jim has been UK Security Cleared by the UK Government for numerous engagements, since 1997. His career has seen him accountable for successfully leading major technology-based change programmes, directing business operations and architecting customer experience across a variety of industry sectors including automotive, insurance, banking, financial services and telecommunications for such blue chip brands as BT, ING Bank, QBE Insurance and Rolls Royce Aerospace.
Russell Norton
Parliamentary and Community Liaison Officer
He has a background in print journalism, and then over a decade working in Parliament as Chief of Staff for a Member of Parliament and Government Minister. He has extensive, and successful, experience in leading people-centric campaigns, and using this experience to drive progress and real change. Russell is passionate about Envisionation’s “ground-breaking” positive approach to tackling climate change by harnessing the extraordinary opportunities that the restoration of biomass will provide. A graduate of the University of Essex (2001), in his spare time he plays cricket with a club he helped to found, and enjoys rugby and football.
Sustainable Engineering Leader
John, a chartered engineer and business consultant with "CTZ Ltd (Carbon to Zero)," brings extensive experience as a commercial and managing director. His career highlights include roles as launch manager and principal engineer for the Land Rover Discovery, patented Range Rover technology, and leading Europe’s largest team improvement program as a 6-Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean-Kaizen Sensei at Jaguar Land Rover. Awarded the CQI “Global Leader Award” in 2017, he achieved three electric vehicle milestones in 2021 with Waymo, Google, and high-power inductive charging. John lives on his family’s 500-year-old farm near Melton Mowbray, where he also runs "Holland’s Nurseries," a plant nursery with a café.
Project Management
Elena is a Chartered Quality Professional with 25 years of experience in the automotive and engineering industries, including architectural practices and shared services. She originally graduated from the Moscow State University of Management and later completed a master’s module at Cambridge University in Sustainability Leadership and Change Management. In addition to her skills in commercial negotiations and program leadership, Elena's areas of expertise include digital transformation and technical solutions for integrated information systems. As a Project Manager, she leads complex, cross-functional strategic and transformation projects with a focus on full life-cycle, customer-centered project delivery. Her experience spans both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, commercial negotiations, internal and external stakeholder management, as well as budgeting and financial reporting.
Social Finance Strategist
Arthur Wood is a seasoned professional based in Geneva, Oslo, and London. He holds a BSc from the London School of Economics and an MBA from SDA Bocconi and Groupe HEC. His career includes roles at Merrill Lynch, MCB, Coutts Group, and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, where he led award-winning product development and e-commerce initiatives. With over 20 years in social entrepreneurship and impact investment, Arthur has been a key figure at Ashoka, co-founded Social Financial Services, and contributed to initiatives like the Eye Fund and Social Impact Bonds. He has advised the World Economic Forum and OECD and is currently a founding partner at Total Impact Capital and Equity4Humanity, focusing on innovative impact strategies. Arthur is married with three children and enjoys international relations, art history, travel, cooking, and water sports.

Chief of Technological Development
Jon is the visionary entrepreneur behind UFoundation and UWorld.ai, two groundbreaking platforms dedicated to sustainable project funding. He initially founded UFoundation, a charitable site designed to support various charities through transparent funding. Building on the success and values of UFoundation, Jon went on to establish UWorld.ai, which uses AI-powered tools and blockchain technology to democratize project funding on a global scale. Jon’s leadership has led UWorld.ai to be showcased at global events like the UNWTO Net Zero Summit and the African Global Economic & Development Summit, highlighting the platform’s role in sustainable finance.
Manager of Technological Development
Isac is the dedicated Executive Assistant to Jon, serving as the client liaison and playing a crucial role in software and business development goals at UFoundation and UWorld.ai. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, Isac ensures seamless communication between clients and the team, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. In addition to managing client interactions, Isac contributes significantly to the development and implementation of software solutions, working closely with the tech team to align business objectives with technological advancements.
